for your abs you need to lower your body fat so,
first of all in the order
-Clean eating (you can make 1000 crunches if your food is not on point,you won’t see great results
-cardio (zumba,hiit,running,cycling,boxing…)
-and abs workout
different great workouts for your whole abs (i usually have some cardio between set and no rest (running on place,jumping jacks,high knees,skipping…)
